Then during the 1950’s we began focusing our expertise on repairing commercial food service equipment. We quickly became the area’s authority on gas commercial cooking equipment and we switched our business model to focus solely on professional commercial kitchens.
As our business grew, so did our reputation for being the best. Many industry manufactures asked to form alliances with our team so we could stay abreast of new technology developments.
Major Appliance Service, Inc. became the first Authorized Service Agents for many of the best known and relied upon manufacturer lines.
Today, our principle activity is to provide service and installation for commercial cooking equipment in the finest Chicagoland restaurants.
